From compact home solutions to megawatt-scale container batteries, our portfolio attracted strong interest from both newcomers and experienced energy players.

Valuable Conversations with Diverse Clients
We had the pleasure of hosting a variety of customers — each bringing unique goals and visions for energy transformation in Thailand and the region.
Independent Retailer Exploring Exclusive Agency
One customer with experience in other China-based imports is now exploring the solar sector for the first time, particularly household PV systems. They expressed keen interest in becoming Sunpal's exclusive agent in Thailand, inquiring about:
- Two-year purchase targets
- Sample testing of household-use solar products
- Pre-sales system design support
- After-sales policies for exclusive agents
We also discussed Sunpal's role as a manufacturer of both PV modules and batteries, and our ability to integrate complete system solutions from our Hefei-based marketing center. The customer showed high interest in the WallArk and StackArk series and requested further technical and pricing information.
Engineering Firms and Project Developers
We also engaged with clients involved in large infrastructure projects, such as hospitals and transit systems. These visitors emphasized the importance of:
- Technical support during installation and commissioning
- Long-term collaboration for large-scale procurement
- Flexible delivery options, including CIF/DDP to Thai ports
Clients were particularly interested in:
- Full container pricing for residential and commercial modules
- 50–500kWh high-voltage storage systems
- 1MWh–2MWh containerized lithium solutions
Community Solar and Off-Grid System Providers
Another highlight was the growing number of inquiries related to off-grid solar solutions and mobile power systems. One customer shared their upcoming 30kW off-grid water pump project, seeking reliable storage solutions for nighttime use. They were especially drawn to:
- Mobile power stations for retail testing with future OEM interest
- Flexible solar panels for portable and lightweight applications
- Off-grid inverters, with a focus on the Sunpal IES series
Discussions also touched on battery fire prevention technologies, reinforcing the importance of system safety for household and off-grid applications.

Technical Expertise That Makes a Difference
Throughout the exhibition, many clients showed a strong need for system-level technical support, particularly during the design and integration phases. Sunpal's experienced R&D and engineering teams were highlighted as key strengths, providing:
- Pre-sales system sizing and design
- After-sales technical documentation and remote assistance
- Support for customized battery enclosures for future OEM clients
These conversations further validated our commitment to not only delivering high-performance products, but also supporting partners with real-world technical expertise.
Building Trust, Growing Partnerships
This exhibition was more than just a product display — it was about building trust and establishing lasting partnerships. We're especially excited about the interest in long-term agency roles, OEM testing programs, and customized product development.
The Thai market's increasing demand for solar energy — especially in household, community, and infrastructure applications — confirms our belief that Southeast Asia will be a key driver of the global energy transition.
